Beautiful paste on color litho on top of box, nested within the box is a wooden easel, below that compartment is an assortment of pictures and letters.  Inside front cover is instructions.
Surprisingly, very little reference to this game. There is a listing in the Milton Bradley 1889-90 catalog for Little Object Teacher, similar, but came with grooves in the box , as opposed to the easel.
 Milton Bradley Company or simply Milton Bradley (MB) was an American board game manufacturer established by Milton Bradley (1836-1911) in Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1860. In 1920, it absorbed the game production of McLoughlin Brothers, formerly the largest game manufacturer in the United States.
Inside front cover has old masking tape reinforcing the corners. Front cover colors are vibrant, small amount of soiling. One side panel of box top has tear, bottom of box show some expected wear to bottom edges, Overall a scarce and attractive game in fine condition.   jv 201 275.
